  • Culture formation and sharing processes in local and corporate community organizations: A multilevel analysis
  • Demonstration of Effectiveness through Analysis of SNS Counseling Data and Research on Corporate Communities

Overview

Our sub-unit conducts research on culture formation and sharing processes in local and corporate communities. Specifically, we investigate the effectiveness of SNS-based counseling in corporations. Through large-scale data analysis of SNS-based psychological counseling, the subunit examines the effectiveness of such and explores how to develop a useful support system in corporate communities. Our research project aims to establish a framework to simultaneously contribute to both communities and academic research. The use of SNS consultation opens to possibilities to examine the effectiveness of psychological consultation which depends on data generated by individual psychologists because SNS consultation automatically accumulates a large amount of consultation log data. Using such datasets, our research aims to advance data analysis through the interdisciplinary integration of cognitive science with the theories and practices of clinical psychology.
